Okhaldhunga Connect is a community service. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected.
What we collect
When you create an account: your name, phone number and the details you provide. When you enable push alerts: your browser’s push address, the categories/areas you choose, your browser/device type, and any phone or email you optionally leave. When you post a listing or ad: the contact details and content you submit (these are shown publicly).
How it is used
Only to run the platform, deliver the alerts you asked for, manage your listings and improve the service. We never sell your personal information.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. These may set browser cookies; they are not used to personally identify you.
Storage & security
Data is stored in Supabase, a secured cloud database. We never store card or bank details — payments happen through external services such as eSewa, bank QR, PayPal or Wise.
Your control
You can turn notifications off at any time (from the 🔔 settings). If you want your account or any personal information removed, contact us and we will delete it.
