🧭 Steps
- 1 Get the death registration form from the ward office
- 2 Fill it out and attach the documents above
- 3 Submit it to the ward registrar
- 4 Receive the death registration certificate
💡 Tips
- The death certificate is needed later for property transfer, insurance claims, etc. — keep it safe
