- 1 Get a recommendation letter from your ward office
- 2 Prepare a medical certificate if required
- 3 Apply for the disability ID card at the relevant office
- 4 Receive the ID card with your disability classification (Category A–D)
- 5 Register at the ward office for the allowance, based on your ID card category
