Register a change of land ownership — sale, gift, or inheritance — at the Land Revenue (Malpot) Office.

📄 Documents to bring

  • Lalpurja (land ownership certificate)
  • Citizenship certificate of both parties (original and photocopy)
  • Land parcel map / field book (napi naksha)

  • Proof of relationship, if transferring by inheritance
