- Lalpurja (land ownership certificate)
- Citizenship certificate of both parties (original and photocopy)
- Land parcel map / field book (napi naksha)
- Tax clearance certificate
- PAN of both parties for larger transactions
- Proof of relationship, if transferring by inheritance
🧭 Steps
- 1 Visit the Malpot Office and fill the transfer application form
- 2 Submit the form with the documents above
- 3 Pay the registration fee and any applicable tax
- 4 Officials verify the documents and update the land record
- 5 Receive the new Lalpurja (ownership certificate) in your name
