- Applicant's citizenship certificate

- Family registration certificate
- Recommendation/migration letter from the old ward office
🧭 Steps
- 1 Get a migration/departure recommendation from your old ward office
- 2 Go to your new ward office and fill out the migration form
- 3 Submit it with the documents above
- 4 Receive the migration registration certificate at your new address
💡 Tips
- This certificate is needed to register on the voter roll, apply for social security allowances, etc. at your new address
- It's best to notify within 35 days of moving — try not to delay
