Official proof that you've permanently moved from one ward/district to another — needed for government services at your new address.

Your old ward office (to issue a departure certificate) and your new ward office (to register your arrival)

🧭 Steps

  1. 1 Get a migration/departure recommendation from your old ward office
  2. 2 Go to your new ward office and fill out the migration form
  3. 3 Submit it with the documents above
  4. 4 Receive the migration registration certificate at your new address

💡 Tips

  • This certificate is needed to register on the voter roll, apply for social security allowances, etc. at your new address
